As with garlic, the smell will be excreted from your body while you sleep, producing an odour that will make mosquitoes stay well clear. Marmite is also a great source of vitamin B. Mosquitoes are also repelled by certain scents found in perfumes such as jasmine, aglaia ordorata, rose or telosma cordarum merr.

Wear light-coloured clothing

In a group you may often find that one person is bitten all over whereas others remain completely untouched. This is often to do with the colour of their clothing. Mosquitoes are attracted to dark colours especially navy blue or brown. Ensure that you wear light colours to avoid being bitten

Calling all Ladies…stay safe at night with a personal alarm!

Skiing Survival Guide - Stay Snug and Warm This Season

What you need to snug and warm this skiing season... ( can also apply to the cold British winter..!!) So you are planning on going skiing or snowboarding this winter what do you take with you to ensure you stay warm this coming season. I would definitely recommend a buying a leather hat - specifically the trapper style - sometimes called a pilot hat. These hats are inspired by classic aviator hats and have become the go-to style for skiers and snowboarders over the past few years. Hats lined with fur with side flaps that can be worn down over the ears for extra warmth or buckled over the top out of the way. With this hat you'll stay nice and warm but look super cool!
